Saddles and Special Orders

Please carefully check the specifications of a saddle before placing an order, including the seat size, flap, leather, colour and panel configuration.

Custom Saddle Orders

Incoming and In-Production Saddles

Saddles advertised as in production, incoming stock or pre-order may be purchased before they arrive in Australia.

Where a saddle is already in production as Kingsfield Equestrian stock, the payment terms displayed on the individual product listing or invoice will apply.

Estimated production, shipping and arrival dates are indicative only and may be affected by manufacturing, international freight, customs or other circumstances outside Kingsfield Equestrian’s reasonable control.

Payment plans may be available on eligible saddle purchases. Please contact Kingsfield Equestrian to discuss available payment options.

All saddle orders remain subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact Kingsfield Equestrian as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Please retain your proof of purchase and provide photographs or other relevant information where requested so we can assess the issue promptly.

Returns

Unless the product is faulty or otherwise covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Please do not arrange the return or transport of a horse float, horse van or other large item without first contacting Kingsfield Equestrian.

Deposits and Payment Arrangements

Where a deposit, staged payment arrangement or payment plan applies, the applicable terms will be provided on the product listing, quotation, invoice or purchase agreement.

Production or ordering may commence following payment of the required deposit.

For custom-made, made-to-order or specially ordered products, cancellation due solely to change of mind after the order has been confirmed and production has commenced may not entitle the purchaser to the return of amounts already paid, subject to the Australian Consumer Law and the terms of the individual purchase agreement.

Where a third-party payment provider is used, that provider’s own terms, fees, eligibility requirements and repayment conditions may also apply.
