Can I custom order a float, gooseneck or truck via Kingsfield Equestrian?
Yes, absolutely. We specialise in helping customers design custom floats, goosenecks, and horse trucks to suit their specific needs.
From layout and finishes to storage and tack areas, we’ll guide you through the process to ensure the final product works for you and your horses.
What is the process to custom order?
As the agent, I work directly with the manufacturer of your choice to ensure your custom float, gooseneck, or truck is built to your exact needs.
Here’s how the process works:
- Initial Consultation – We discuss your requirements, preferred layout, and any special features you’d like included.
- Design & Quote – I liaise with the manufacturer to develop your custom design and provide a detailed quote for approval.
- Order Confirmation – Once confirmed, your build is booked in with the manufacturer and production begins.
- Progress Updates – I’ll keep you updated throughout the build with progress reports and estimated timeframes.
What is incuded in the quote?
The quote includes the base build, selected extras, and GST. Delivery to Western Australia and on-road costs are not included and will be invoiced separately at cost once the manufaturer has advised the vehicle is ready to ship.
What are the payment terms?
Once you’re happy with the design of your Tuza float or gooseneck, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your order, based on the approved quote.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the build before the float is released. We will also provide the final delivery and on-road costs at this stage to coordinate transport to Kingsfield Equestrian in WA.
Once everything is ready, we’ll let you know when your new Tuza trailer is available for collection.
Theault requires a 50% deposit to order and the remaining balance is due once the vehicle is ready to ship.
Can Kingsfield Equestrian help me get finance?
Yes, we work with a local finance broker who can assist. There is no obligation to accept the finance offered and customers are encouraged to seek independant assistance and advice.
Are the vehicles covered by a warranty?
Yes, absolutely! Our manufacturers have their own warranty terms and conditions which Kingsfield Equestrian will provide to interested customers.
